"Taigh Rob is 20 minutes drive from the town of Portree, however it has a nice view and with some attention to it's bathroom facilities ; may be good for walkers or cyclists. There were 6 people sharing the only bathroom, wet-room which also housed the only toilet for all 6 guests. Taigh Rob is not near any inns,pubs,shops, restaurants or cafes. The room was clean but up a difficult flight of stairs.Breakfast was passable.I doubt that this property will meet expectations of many modern...

"We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Princes Point Villa! The location is perfect for an Isle of Skye road trip. The scenery is fantastic, with a sweeping view of the sea across a beautiful pasture. The apartment was clean and well appointed with a fabulous farm style kitchen. Tracy was warm and engaging and made us feel very welcome. Overall fantastic experience! Note that we booked through Expedia and some of the details/price were incorrectly listed. "Where do I start? I guess first, the location, at the very north of Skye. Peaceful, serene, evenings with nary a sound but the sheep bleating in the distance. Second, the lovely Lorraine, who left us a hand written note on our arrival and baked us shortbread cookies to start our full day on Skye (during which my daughter became engaged at Neist Point). Third, the lovely remodeled Croft house, perfectly appointed and perfect for our every need. A truly exceptional experience for us in every way....
