"I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...

You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. "Modern hotel in central Moshi. Staff were amazing! My suitcase lock broke & I couldn’t open the outside of my suitcase & they came up with tools to save the day. At breakfast, they accommodated my vegan needs & the cook even made fresh sweet treats for me. They helped me get a safe taxi to my starting tour hotel. I picked a Kilimanjaro view room & was given a 7th floor one. It had fantastic windows which would have made for a spectacular view but the clouds kept Kili hidden for my stay. Location was great to walk to Union Cafe, ATM or shop next door for water/snacks. Kibo Hotel helped make the start of my Tanzanian vacation go even better than expected."
