"This place and the couple running it we're just, chef's kiss. Quite honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It felt like home away from home, plus an amazing view that is somehow not obvious in the listing. They made it stay there so comfortable and you HAVE to have dinner there. They are fantastic cooks. "

"Absolutely amazing place to stay. Beautiful property, amazing location and easy to find. Host was very accommodating and the room was spot on. Didn’t eat there but smelt good. Highly recommended, especially for the price, could pay twice that and be happy."

"I missed the small letters telling me that I needed to contact the hotel to tell when I expected to be there (in previous cases I've received an e-mail, with that particular question so it was hard to miss). We ended up outside the hotel with no one there to receive us. After a confusing phone call we could use a room with a kitchen that was open instead, but he wanted 50 euros more for it. "The house was quaint and okay for the 4 of us but there was a smell downstairs which was unfortunate. The place is generally great and the pool top. Shame the restaurant was closed (would have like a clear notice of this before as there is only 1 other restaurant really close by). Spanish families were excessively loud at the pool but other than a cool and really nice stay - the tream were really friendly. "

"Our family really enjoyed staying in Dominique's apartment. The apartment was very clean and the location was an easy walk to town or the train station. Everyone really liked staying here. There was a little confusion on check in but everything worked out great. The only surprise was no bathroom towels. Luckily we had our travel towels. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Saint Jean Pied de Port. Thank you Dominique."
