Ottimo !!
Struttura ottima super consigliata !! Gentilezza e professionalità top. Dimora nuovissima con tutti i confort. Esterni bellissimi con piscine e tanto verde. Camera bellissima con spazio per sauna e idro. Un Ringraziamento a Sonia e al suo staff per averci fatto trascorre una bellissima settimana e averci trattato benissimo !! Super consigliato !!

Weekend di giugno al mare
Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 01/06 al 04/06 insieme al mio ragazzo. La struttura immersa nella campagna è facilmente raggiungibile con l'ausilio del navigatore, nonostante manchino le segnalazioni. Si compone di 3 edifici in pietra di nuova costruzione, tra cui uno composto da una serie di appartamentini soppalcati e ben arredati dotati di bagno (con bidet) ed angolo cottura, ed un secondo, in cui abbiamo soggiornato, indipendente dagli altri, costituito da una piccola stanza da letto ed un bagnetto privo di bidet. Gli spazi interni angusti (nonostante la prenotazione riportasse 20mq di stanza e bagno completo) non sono comodamente vivibili, però la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio esterne, i lettini a bordo vasca con prato inglese ripagano del ridotto comfort. La struttura, ancora in fase di costruzione, è dotata di un parcheggio interno e di un servizio lavanderia (che non abbiamo sperimentato). Ogni unità abitativa, accessoriata di aria condizionata e frigobar, ha un piccolo patio antistante con tavolino e stendino utili durante la stagione estiva. La libertà è assoluta; il proprietario, infatti, fornisce il telecomando per il cancello d'accesso e l'uso delle strutture condivise non è soggetto ad orari. E' il posto ideale per staccare dalla routine quotidiana, dista una decina di minuti dal mare di Ugento. L'assenza di una struttura nelle immediate vicinanze per fare colazione è un po' "scomoda" in assenza di angolo cottura. Pulizie giornaliere non incluse.
