Friendly and happy staff, new beds, with having a Miller and Carter steakhouse within walking distance. Wide open lounge and relaxing area both upstairs and down. Spacious rooms.
Downside - no lifts (pun intended), no small fridge, older and squeaky doors.

For a budget stay, I couldn't fault it. Room was good size and comfortable with tea facilities. Had dinner in restaurant which was of very good standard, breakfast a great selection and friendly staff, also was a quiet stay.
