After we climb the Mt Fuji and unable to walk further from our car to the main door, the staff will greet us from afar and help us with the luggage’s, not for tips but for their professionalism and values they cherish much. "Loved the hotel , the breakfast buffet was always amazing and it was in a non tourist neighborhood which was nice . Only down fall was you needed to take a train a hour to two hours to go to the tourist spots , but that isn’t their fault , clearly you can book hotels closer to those spots ! The staff was always kind and did their best with the language barrier between us . Would stay again ! "

"Favourite hotel out of 5 spent at on a 14-day trip through Japan. Comfortable beds, beautiful bath house offering both cold & hot pools, free ramen at night, nice pyjamas, friendly staff, delicious brunch and central location. Would go out of my way to stay here again. We stayed here before hiking Mt Fuji! Best meal of our whole trip was a Japanese Wagyu grill down the street too!"

"The room was spacious and perfect for a family trip. The location was also quite convenient — easy access to central Tokyo areas like Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. We loved that there were plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, it felt like a relaxing resort stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again. "
