Der Bahnhof (und Bushaltestelle) ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dieser bietet eine direkte Verbindung nach München oder Salzburg. Der Südost-Balkon liefert idyllischen Bergblick zu Hochgern und Hochfelln.
Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein großes und komfortables Wohnzimmer, ca. 32 Quadratmeter, mit einer Höhe bis zu 4 Meter. Süd-Ost Balkon (6qm). Vollständige Hifi/TV (2 Geräte)/SAT/DVD/W-LAN Austattung. Hochwertige Holzmöbel (überwiegend Voglauer Möbel) und voll ausgestattete Küche (Geschirrspüler, Espresso Maschinen, Mikrowelle, Gefrierschrank usw.). 2 Schlafzimmer (jeweils NW-Ausrichtung), welche getrennt zugänglich sind. Bad, mit Wanne und Erlebnisdusche und WC sind seperat.
Drei Fitnessgeräte (leistungsstarkes Laufband, Bauchtrainer, Rückentrainer). Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit absperrbaren Kellerabteil (z.B. für Fahrrad) und Gefriertruhe. Kajaks (fest und aufblasbar), SUP (Naish) und Fahrräder können zu geringem Aufpreis geliehen werden. Verleih von Harley-Davidson (Bestzustand), V-Rod, 123 PS, unter 100,- EUR pro Tag.
