"Absolutely fantastic hotel with staff who are both extremely pleasant and efficient, and lovely to deal with. I’m lucky enough to have stayed in some of the best hotels worldwide and the beds here are as good as any hotel that I’ve ever stayed in - genuinely the most comfortable ever and I wish I could take them back to England with me! If I could give this hotel 11/10 then I would - it is that good."

"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"Good value for its price. A little bit noisy in the evening as it is a city centre location. Nice continental breakfast with a selection of continental breakfast things. Staff happy to help. It's fairly centrally located. Good for its price."
