Staff are very welcoming and friendly, the room I stayed had good contemporary features, only let down is there breakfast option pastry, cold boiled eggs. Other than that the hotel is well designed with the pools situated amongts greenery

We really liked our stay. We had a hut style room by the pool though we only had one free socket. The pool at the far end and grounds were great. Could do with more loungers. The breakfast was lovely and we ate there for one meal in the evening which was very good. The surrounding area (on the street) was dirty and had constant traffic either scooters or cars and the pavements were dodgy like most of Ubud.

We had a really lovely time at this hotel. Although the hotel is possibly a 2 -3 star the customer service is 5star! We had such a wonderful time and the gardens and pool areas are kept immaculate! I had a very good massage and would recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice accommodation

We stayed for 3 nights. Very nice accommodation we had a ground floor apartment in the rear of the property. Lovely and relaxing. Two swimming pools with sun beds. The position was great. Plenty of restaurants close by and a short walk to the main drag.

Great location with friendly staff. Stayed at the villas with a beautiful view of the pool and jungle. Loved it with one exception. There was a small leak in the roof. But staff was quick to offer another room for us to stay in. Would stay here again.

2 double Rooms for family of 4. Nice large rooms and bathrooms. Good location. Nice staff. Pool with a great view of jungle. Basic shower/bath. One room had wall paint bubbling due to damp. Good value for money if the room paint was not there.

Great place to stay. It’s not too far from the main streets but far enough that the Main Street noise doesn’t reach your room. The only con about our room was the amount of mosquitos there were. We got rid of some if not all on our first night but then after we had our room made there were more and I’m sure it was just from the door being opened while staff was cleaning our room. Staff however were amazing and helpful. I recommend staying here.

Pertiwi bisma 2 stay in August

The location of the hotel was great, walkable to downtown Ubud and close to the monkey forest and shops! The staff was friendly and nice. The rooms were big and clean. The only issue I had was that ants were on top of the dinning/working table and coffee table. Also, the shower was not the most comfortable. But other than that it is a nice place for a very good price.

The outside gardens is pretty but when you go inside its a disappointment. The bathroom is old /nasty and ugly. The bed was like a stone very hard we couldn’t sleep. Also we saw everywhere big ants in the room wich one bite me and left a big irritated spot for days! We left the morning after with this complaint but they didn’t returned our money.
