A couple problems but still oaky
My husband and I booked a couple of weeks and the location was great. The description leads you to believe that you are renting a "villa" not a room on a property with lots of other guests, I guess I should have checked into this deeper prior to booking. The description also said breakfast included which initially the owner claimed wasn't the case. The caretaker, (who was awesome) she sent a copy of the VRBO listing to the owner. They later agreed that breakfast was included but the whole thing was quite a hassle and we ended up never having breakfast there. We had a loss of hot water for 36 hours but the staff worked really hard to get that going again and then it worked flawlessly. Unfortunatley, the air conditioning was a different matter, it never worked. It blew a little bit of air but didn't cool anything. It wasn't able to be fixed so we had to sleep with our doors open to the communal grounds, which left us a little exposed. The location was beautiful, the caretakers fantastic and our trip overall wonderful so that is why I gave it an overall rating of 3.
