"I woke up to ants in my bed, refrigerator and night stand. I was very disappointed as I only needed the room for a layover as a driver. I had to throw my food out and was just very disgusted by this property."

"My room was not clean, the bed was particularly nasty and should not be in rotation. After calling the front desk I was initially denied a room change by the young lady working the desk, then I called corporate and suddenly they had a room. However, I asked management to inspect before I moved again and that room had the same issue and they could not get me another room. After a couple of hours the assistant manager spoke with the Manager and she agreed to fully refund the room, she was pleasant and graceful, so was the male assistant manager but the young lady at the front desk was not. Overall, I ended up having to leave and book somewhere else. I appreciate the refund but room cleanliness needs to be held to a higher standard."

"In general it was good. Breakfast area was messy and slowly replenished when food runs out. Cleaning was understaffed. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and old with malfunctioning springs "

"We arrived early for our check in. Our room was ready, however the lady at the front desk said if we wanted to get in the room it was considered an early check in and that there would be a $50 charge. I have NEVER in all my life of traveling been charged for an early check in. Very frustrating. She was not nice about it either. Basically, too bad, if you want in you have to pay. There were many people sitting in the lobby waiting. People were complaining as well. Also, they did not have fresh coffee. They had Tasters Choice instant coffee. Very low class. The hotel was not expensive, so I guess I can’t complain too much. You get what you pay for. "
