"A real home from home and absolute gem of a place. Fantastic location with wonderful views and just a 5 minute walk to Readymoney Cove and Whitehouse Beach and a 10 minute walk (at the most) to the shops and pubs/restaurants in beautiful Fowey. "Wonderful location, views and accommodation. Great place for walking and exploring. The only thing I’d change are the soft furnishings, especially the rugs as they were quite tired and the sofas and not very comfy. "

"Our stay was lovely but breakfast was only served until 9am so you have to get up not to miss it. The cottage was lovely, well equipped for self catering option. We will take our breakfast next time The grounds of the cottage are beautiful. We will definitely stay again. "

Luxury Cottage, Ensuite (The Pigsty & Spa Garden) | 1 bedroom

"Compact but lovely rustic property. Good location, regarding sight seeing, but could hear the noise of traffic when sitting in the garden. As it was really hot on our trip, a parasol in the garden would have been ideal. Also behind the cottage was another cottage's garden so for privacy needed to pull down the blinds. The host was very helpful and communicated a couple of issues before our arrival. Lovely welcome pack. Overall we had a lovely stay."

"It was a lovely stay. Some parts of the hotel needed a bit of attention, but I would return, no doubt. I love the fact it’s an independent hotel. We ate in each night on our 3 night stay, and the quality of the food was fantastic. Also the quality of the bar staff and the reception staff checking in and out. Can’t fault any of them. "

"Always very well looked after by the team here and this year was no differet. The rooms are nice and spaciouis and the high quality bed linen/towels etc. make is to much more pleasant. Restaurant menu is a bit more curtailed than my last visit, but that is commonplace everywhere I believe - still a decent variety of options."

"Our room was spacious and we had sea-view. It's an excellent hotel for short stays! It's very modern and clean, with a nice rain shower in the bathroom and complimentary water and tea in the room. The staff were very polite and caring; special thanks to Mr. MS for his excellent service. "

"Far better than expected, the little things like a qr code for facilities and things to do in area, biscuits, hot chocolate, peacefulness, a guest lounge with a view and a breakfast cooked and served to order, with fruit, cereals, toast, cheeses and pastries from the breakfast buffet. If you want guests to return, this is how to do it!"
