"Our TV in the living room didn't work, some light switches did not work. Front desk was so kind and cheerful."

"My stay at the Omni was an amazing experience. I want to thank Berthe for the amazing hospitality and decorations that she set up for my husband’s birthday. I would also like to shout out to Alton that was so kind and helpful when checking in and sending up a beautiful cake and champagne for my husband. I have stayed at the Omni many times and I’m always so happy when I walk away. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff from housekeeping to the valets to the front desk. We will be back sooner...

"Only stayed one night with a late check in but was impressed by the hotel, staff, etc. I would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful hotel, breakfast was great & the staff were amazing."

"I really liked the easy access to Mosaic, which was walking distance. Very comfortable hotel."

"It was perfect stay Thank you all"

"Awful hotel, won’t answer their phone. Shower looks like something you’d get at a campsite. Pay to park, pay to use WiFi, not coming back"
