"The staff Emily and Fara in particular were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and we were bothersome guests (in the nicest possible way). Kudos to them both for terrific over the top service.
The room was spotless and housekeeping were pretty much on the ball whenever we asked.
The menu is different but dinner (twice) was delicious. However if you want "regular" American there are local eateries a few minutes down the road.
Bar service was friendly, obliging and courteous.
All day coffee is available via station in the foyer, but please, for those that don't drink coffee can we have tea(regular) and/or an alternate beverage both at the station and in the rooms. Our room had three flavored premium teas but you're stuck if they aren't to your taste.
My only teeny complaint is that both the bar and restaurant were a couple of degrees colder than I would have preferred (I like to be warm not cooled)
