They had wonderful recommendations about places to eat, and we’re engaging in their conversation about the local area. They made us feel at home from the very moment we arrived. They are to be commended for being great assets to your hotel. If there is one area of criticism, it would be the snack area adjacent to the front desk. I almost fainted when I found out that two small bottles of water cost me $12, and a small package of donuts and a tiny bag of Fritos corn chips were also in excess of $12. I felt this was a bit excessive."
