"Staff at front desk look like they didn't want to be bothered with anyone. Didn't say good afternoon good morning nothing be Hello. The beds were so hard the 3 of us woken up is so much pain. Iv never stayed in a place with beds so hard. Restaurants were great casino very smokey but fun. I ask for a high floor for the view they give me the 2nd floor looking at the heating system. For the money we spent we felt they didn't care and gave us what she felt like. The same lame lady that couldn't look you in the face and say good evening."

"We had no hotel chain preference so stayed at 3 different ones during our trip. What a great surprise for our first time at a Fairfield Inn Marriott hotel! Room was spacious & clean, Exercise room had multiple WORKING machines, breakfast had many delicious choices & staff was friendly! Definitely we have a hotel preference for our next trip!"

"Front desk Staff Jenna and bartender Allie were outstanding and very accommodating. Food and drink was great! Housekeeping staff used wrong sheets on bed and requires to be taught how to properly make a bed. Recommend asking for a room facing the back as opposed to one on the road in the front."
