"Very nice place friendly staff enjoyed watching the games in the lobby"

"The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together."

"Check in lady was helpful and very friendly. As soon as we got there the elevator was broke down, stuck on second floor. She was trying her best, running back and forth up the steps to fix it. No luck on that. We were only on the second floor, so not so bad getting up to the room. "Beautifully decorated room, fantastic bathroom and very comfortable beds. Best hotel stay we have had in a long time."

"Always the best place to stay in the Bristol area. Love this place!"

People are living in the hotel one couple said that they were in between places to live so they were staying there for a while. It was absolutely disgusting. The outside looked abandoned. The whole experience at this hotel was the...

"The employee at the front desk was awesome"

"The hotel is between 2 busy highways. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep with the roar of traffic all night. Breakfast was okay but no dark roast coffee (only decaf or light roast). Overall, a disappointing stay for a Hampton and the premium price."

"It was not walking distance to downtown Bristol, but it was not the hotel fault it was who I went thru rooms was clean ,staff was super breakfast was included it was good"
