"I stayed here 3 times because it’s great. Clean, comfy beds, great coffee, quiet, and good breakfast. I would suggest starting hot breakfast at 6 so I can get some on work days. Also, the clocks in the rooms are several minutes off and that kinda bothers me but I couldn’t figure out how to fix em. "

"The staff were incredible. They were so kind. Every time I was leaving or coming back the lady at the front desk was checking on me. I was visiting from out of town to see family and had a lot going on and she made sure my stay there was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Tyler, TX. "

"I was homeless and jobless but was able to do door dash, it takes me all day to dash just make $100 a day enough to cover my room and gas for each night. They were very patience and understanding that I couldn’t pay by weekly and I paid by nightly which it probably was pain in the butt lol I am very grateful that I was in a safe place while it lasted. Thank you all for what you do! "
