This modern 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is beachfront, right in the heart of all the action, Tybee's Pier and Pavilion and restaurants and shops. This unit features a jetted tub in the master bathroom, a garden tub in the guest bathroom, solid surface counter tops in the kitchen, a private balcony with secure covered parking.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Great location

Nice clean, comfortable condo with nice view of the beach. It was located right in the restaurant/bar area so we were able to walk for meals and shopping - no need to pay for parking.

Perfect location

Loved that the condo was gated. Beautiful views from the room. Condo was super clean. Chairs, umbrellas, boogie board and beach toys are in the hall closet. Plenty of room for the seven of us.

Beach Getaway

We very much enjoyed our time at the Sandpiper! Beautiful view from balcony, and so conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops. Everything is just a short 5 minute walk away! Would definitely come to stay again.

Nice beach condo

Pros: great location near the pier and lots of restaurants, well-stocked kitchen, pretty clean overall, great water pressure, big TV in living room, great Wi-Fi. Cons: sand on the floor, some utensils not that clean, small TVs in bedrooms, no local channels - Streaming TV services only.

We enjoyed our stay at Tybee Island, it was everything we expected. The view was good and access to the beach was easy. We felt very safe and it was surprisingly quiet for being on the stand.

My husband and I got married on the beach during the weekend we stayed at the condo and had a few family members stay with us as well. We loved how much room there was and how clean the condo was when we got there. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking!

Beautiful property

This property had a beautiful view! The condo was spacious and clean. It is not “right on” the beach however it is across the street from it and no structures are between it and the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathtubs are great. Proximity to restaurants was superb.

I only needed to drive my car once while there for the week And that was to stock up on groceries and drinks for the week EVERYTHING is walking distance and convenient Souvenir shopping Dinner out Ice cream Pier for photos and night fishing Beach sand and surf all just 5 minute walks Already looking to return next spring…. Plenty of room for friends to cash for a night Easily would sleep 8 as there are two sofa beds

Right on the beach

This property is a VERY short walk to the beach, pier, shopping, and dinning. It also has gated reserved parking which was great. There are a few spots (not reserved but i side the gate) that could accommodate a extended bed truck. The place was very nice and had alot of room for our family. The view from the master was great as well as the deck (great for people watching).

Great Experience and Vaction

We were excited to have a location right off the beach and this property allowed that. We had enough room for everyone in our group. The property had all that was needed (dishes, TV, blankets, fridge, ice, laundry, and so on). Highly recommend if looking for a place right where the shops/restaurants/beach are. Thank you!

The location was great. The parking was very tight and someone was in our spot when we checked in. I called the after hours number but never received a call back. Overall we had a great time. I would just request the guy call you back when you leave voicemail.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well kept. True to pictures on posting. Spacious. Easy check in and out. Location is great. Close to beach and shops. Only draw back could be noise from the street in the master bedroom. You can hear people talking that are walking by at night (didn't bother us or keep us awake but we could hear them as we were going to sleep)and we were woken up several mornings by maintenance crew mowing, trimming and sweeping the public parking lot across the road around 7:00am. It wasn't really a big deal for us as we get up about that time any way. Who wants to sleep in and miss the beautiful beach mornings anyway? We would stay again.

Great Location

The condo was quite spacious and had a great view. It was close to everything. The keyless entry made it so easy to come and go and not have to worry about a key or who had it. Only suggestion - couch should be replaced - old and uncomfortable- flat cushions, at the very least couch needs to be cleaned, need to replace the flat, worn out cushion in wicker chair as well. Despite those 2 small things, we would definitely rent this condo again. Loved watching sunrise every morning.
