A front-row seat to the best sunrise on the coast of Georgia! This condo is perfect for a beach getaway. Just park your car, unpack your bags, and hit the beach! No need to feed the meters! Located mid-island, Tybee Lights offers great beach access away from the crowds of the south end.

The 1st floor offers a kitchen, living room/dining area, and a half bath. The bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. There is a Jack-n-Jill bathroom between the two bedrooms that has a tub/shower combo. The balcony is accessible from the living room and has an unobstructed view of the Atlantic. And the sunrise will take your breath away.

There are no barriers between your balcony and your neighbor's balcony. So you can easily have a friendly chat with your neighbors if you would like.

The condo sleeps 4 and is fully furnished for your enjoyment!

There is one assigned parking space and the 11 guest parking spaces are available on a first-come basis.

From the parking lot, you will go up 2 flights of stairs to the entrance of this condo. There are no elevators in this complex. Once inside the condo, the bedrooms are upstairs. So if stairs are a problem for you or someone in your group, this is not the right condo for you.

This condo has everything to make you feel very comfortable in a home away from home. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Beautiful beachfront view from your deck and easy beach access. Easy check in and out and prompt, good communication from owner. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and views were amazing! Only issue was the stairs going up to condo, there were a few treads that need repair or replaced. And a handrail would be nice. Had a great time on our mother/daughter trip!!

Kids and I loved it here! If we could have stay forever we would have. Your legs will get a work out but to us wroth it . Seating on balcony At night with the wind. Seeing dolphins from balcony! Almost every morning and night with we there. I pray we get to stay here every time we visit.

This is our 4th time renting this cute little condo, perfect for a small family, with 2 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. The views can’t be beat, and the private access to the beach is completely worth it. Our neighbors are always so nice, and we chat on the balcony while looking at the ocean. Every year, something is new and upgraded when we return, and it makes our stay even better. Can’t wait to come back!

The view was marvelous. The first of our visit, we could use the balcony. Some vacationers moved in halfway through that were heavy smokers and we could not use the balcony any more. Everything worked well. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend and rent again.

My wife and I stayed in unit 106C. The view was nice. However, other guests from adjoining townhome decks can, at times, be literally 24 inches away (Tybee Lights Condominiums). The unit we rented was clean and spacious. The decor, carpet, interior paint and kitchen cabinets appear to be from 1983. Good location for long walks on the beach and to swim in the ocean, easy walk to a few restaurants.

Not only is it on the beach, it's a short walk to a few restaurants, dessert places, even souvenir shopping (if you've got some pep in your step). Not fancy, but if you're plan is to spend most of you time outside and elsewhere, this place would be hard to beat. It is NOT in the bar-hoping area, which means evenings are pretty quiet too. Swimmers, beachcombers, beach-sports, and fishing folks all have plenty of room to share on this end of the island. (Keep an eye on the tides schedule if you plan to fish from the surf).

The management staff maintained contact before, during, and after our staff in a non-intrusive but attentive manner. The kitchen had been updated since our last stay, as had the bathroom cabinets. A new shower head and taller toilet would be appreciated as both are very dated upstairs. The kitchen and laundry area are sufficiently equipt for use. Beds are comfortable and bedroom areas are quite spacious. We had more than enough room to store clothing and really feel "home"

There were a few improvements that could be made- extra hooks for towels, some simple touch-up painting, maybe a mattress topper for the king bed (it's pretty hard!). But all of those things are minor, and were totally overshadowed by the AMAZING view from the deck!The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we were able to walk to several different restaurants. We were surprised to find that there was no "back door" and that there was an apartment below us. Not a big deal, but perhaps the description of the property could be a little more specific.Overall, we loved our stay and look forward to returning to Tybee Island soon!

Received a very nice welcome before arrival to the condo. It was clean and prepared well with all we needed to enjoy homy away from home. Wonderful time had by all from kind respectful neighbors, gorgeous sunrise walks on the beach just steps away from our back deck, delivery pizza late from Lighthouse pizza so kind, quick and tasty. Was able to pay delivery driver with card so easily. Took a dolphin tour with Captain Derek and crew of hilarious dad jokes and several dolphins and baby calf’s playing around us the entire time we were out. Bed were so comfortable and was blessed to sleep and nap with the sounds of the ocean and several variations of birds for the lover of nature this place is heaven on earth. The host was very kind answered any and all of our silly questions of getting to know the area and what all it had to offer. Melba you are the best and your home is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Thank you. We definitely will be back. See yall next spring. The dolphin family came up close to the shore to say their goodbyes. We really had a wonderful family vacation and wouldn’t change a thing. Enough room to stretch out and get comfortable to relax and rejuvenate for our whole family yet small enough we had to spend time together. Lol. After all the busy life stuff that is what this trip was for. To spend some time together exploring and making new wonderful memories. Mission accomplished. Grateful full heart we sadly left today only to want to stay longer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first time to visit Tybee.This townhouse was in a perfect location. We were able to easily social distance from other beach goers. It is close to restaurants and shopping. We drove to savannah for a haunted ghost tour which was awesome.The only drawbacks were we couldn't get to the beach from the balcony, so we had to walk up and down 2-3 flights of stairs every time we wanted to go to the beach or leave. Which the description of the property does specify, but walking up and down multiple times a day was rough on the knees. Stairs directly to the beach would have cut a lot of stair climbing.The balcony is also not covered so either the sun was scorching the top of our heads or we were getting dripped on from the roof. So the balcony is really a huge waste, even though I love sitting out in the mornings to drink coffee, I couldn't sit out there :(We were looking forward to the dolphin tour but read the fine print, only one free ticket per rental. We had 2 adults/2 teens with us, so the FREE dolphin tour is only free for 1.But overall, we had a blast, my son loves a pool but because we were so close to park and shops he had plenty to do and a pool was not even missed. He already said he wants to come back here next year.
