It is a beautiful historic home, Pam and Brandon were wonderful, the breakfast’s were so delicious, wonderful pool and our room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed, loved everything about the Inn and Tybee Island, will definitely come back

Wonderful B&B

We had a delightful stay! Brandon was a great host and did a great job welcoming us and pointing out the inn’s amenities. The common areas were lovely and the pool & porch were perfect little retreats. Breakfast each morning was with the other guests and delicious. It was definitely a step up from our day to day breakfast at home but not too heavy and the portions were perfect. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed being close to the lighthouse and had a fun time going to the restaurant/bar up the street. We didn’t want to be close to busier south end of the island so we loved the location. We wished our room had us blackout curtains so the street light outside could be blocked. The Lighthouse Inn is a perfect little bed and breakfast. Highly recommend for couples looking to enjoying a relaxed get away.

Location was superb & we really enjoyed our stay. So close to the lighthouse & the beach! Pam was very nice & accommodating. The house is beautiful and we LOVED the pool! The breakfasts were delicious. No complaints!

The Lighthouse Inn Shines Bright

Location is great, accommodations are wonderful and the owner is delightful. A five minute walk to the beach or enjoy the salt water pool at the inn. Breakfasts were delicious. A must-stay if you are looking for a wonderfully relaxing getaway.

Breakfast fit for a king

We had a great time. The B & B was awesome. The location was just what we wanted; close to the beach; wonderful neighborhood. Pool , beach chairs. The room was very nice; the bed was so comfy. Nice hot showers. The breakfast every morning was fit for a king; Homemade biscuits homemade sweetpotato pancakes. Would love to stay again!

Great time, Inn was in a great location on the north end of island, the Inn owner was very friendly and treated us like welcomed guests in her home. The Breakfasts were fresh, homemade and delicious every morning. Highly recommend this B&B Inn, we’ll go back for sure!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Liza was the perfect innkeeper, her breakfasts were delicious- better than any where I've been! The house was adorable, very well kept. Great location, walking distance to beach, bar, lighthouse museum. We cannot wait to return!

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY!!

My wife and I just got married and spent our honeymoon in GA and part of the time in Tybee Island. The Lighthouse Inn was beyond amazing!! They were accommodating, friendly, and went above and beyond for us! John and Rosie were tending the house when we stayed and we absolutely adore them! Rosie even made us cupcakes for our honeymoon!! If I could rate this bed and breakfast I would give it a 20/10!! They have a beautiful pool and you are right by the beach! The best travel experience for us yet! We will definitely be coming back!! I highly highly highly recommend staying here!!

A very pleasant stay with great folks!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Liza was a great hostess who looked after our dietary needs and who was wonderful to converse with during breakfasts. The room was a bit on the smallish side, but we didn't mind that. The mini-fridge in the room was a helpful convenience. Other amenities that were provided: beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, an adult-sized wading pool with a fountain, and lounge chairs to relax in. Rocking chairs on the front porch made it all the more homey! The beach was a short walk from the inn, which was helpful given that you have to pay to park all over the island. We hope to return soon!

Great Inn for a romantic weekend. Close to beach, nice new small pool, comfortable bed. Breakfast was so good!!! Owners care about their guest and are very accommodating. They provided beach chairs, umbrella, suntan lotion, bug spray, bikes. Overall fabulous weekend!!!

So beautiful. So comfy and cozy. You will feel so relaxed here. The inn is on the north end of the island in the historic Fort Screven area. It is close to the Tybee Lighthouse , north beach cafe and beach. Your breakfast will be delicious and they are very considerate of dietary needs of guests. Breakfast was so much fun chatting with other guests and the owners. The pool is refreshing. The patio and porch is a great place to relax. Don’t worry about renting bicycles or having beach chairs and umbrellas They have it all for you to use. Parking is on site. This place is a gem and we are already planning on returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience

You wont be disappointed!

We wanted a vacation rental or B&B room that was located on Tybee Island near the beach and convenient to local restaurants. Further, we had some kayaks with us and needed a place that could accommodate storing them. We contacted the Innkeeper, Liza, who responded immediately that they would help us with the kayaks and answered all of our questions. The Inn is just awesome. It's a historical home within a short walk to the beach. The Inn is charming and the Innkeepers are wonderful people. They made us feel right at home and were so warm and friendly. They helped us with the kayaks and were right there for us anytime we had a question. They gave us wonderful recommendations on local eateries and areas to kayak. The beach is a very short walk and is REALLY nice. There are wooden swings to sit in and the beach was not crowded. There is a bar and grill adjacent to the beach, as well as a historical lighthouse with daily tours. Again, all of this is within a short, 5 minute walk to the Inn. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the morning breakfasts were delicious. Liza an amazing cook. You wont get a boring continental breakfast. You'll definitely enjoy the meals! Not only would we come back to the Lighthouse Inn for the island visit, but we'd come back because of the owners. They are warm, friendly people who will make you feel right at home. Love this place!

Fantastic Getaway

The room and bed were very comfortable. The innkeepers were extremely nice and accommodating! The breakfast provided each morning was amazing and plentiful! Walking distance to the beach and they have chairs and umbrellas you can borrow for the beach. They also have bikes you can use to ride around the island on. Great stay!!

Southern Hospitality Close to the Beach

What is not to love about Lighthouse Inn Bed and Breakfast? The inn owners are so friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts are hearty and delicious (including the freshly ground coffee) and they are sensitive to guest food allergies. The Inn was clean, cozy, and quiet - due in part to it having only 3 guest room and adult only guests. The new pool was perfect to relax in after those long days at the beach. The Inn is located on the north end of Tybee, just a few blocks from Tybee's more laid back North Beach, and within walking distance of Fort Screven, the Tybee Lighthouse, and North Beach Bar and Grill. Unlike many other B&Bs in the area, this Inn offers free use of bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas. I wish I could give 10 stars! We will definitely be back.

Want to return and stay longer

Our stay was way too short. Tybee Island is a 5 hour drive for us and this was planned as a long weekend trip. This B&B is a gem and the owners are wonderful. We stayed in the Blue Room. Liza prepared a great breakfast each morning to get us fueled up for whatever we had planned. Situated right at the North Beach, it is an easy bike ride or short walk to the beach, dining or historical attractions like the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum or Fort Screven. The owners have recently added a pool, however we did not have the time available to enjoy it. The other guests seemed to really like the addition and one couple had stayed there multiple times. We plan to become one those couples.

Beautiful B&B

An absolutely beautiful B&B with the most amazing couple who own it! Liza and Tony care about their guests and do everything to make your stay special. So friendly and down to earth you feel like you are family. Love the experience of meeting other couples at breakfast without feeling awkward among a big crowd. Very charming and quaint....short walking distance from beach. Just perfect!

A Great Weekend Getaway

We traveled with friends to Tybee Island and had a wonderful stay at the Lighthouse Inn Bed & Breakfast. It is conveniently located to a great beach, the lighthouse and museum. We walked everywhere and did not use the car until it was time to leave. The house is beautiful and the porch, patio and pool are beyond relaxing. Our hosts, Liza and Tony were delightful and we look forward to returning again soon!

Gem on North Beach

This is a great spot to stay at Tybee Island. It is walking distance from North Beach and the lighthouse. The breakfast served was awesome and the owners make you feel right at home. It has a newly installed pool and they provide you with bikes if you would like to explore the southern portion of Tybee. Would definitely go back!
