Over 1100 sq ft condo is the floor plan of the 3 bedrooms without the extra room so it has a lot more space including a larger kitchen and bedrooms than other 2 bedrooms condos. Beach and ocean views from balcony. Located across from Memorial Park with playground, sand volleyball, and tennis.

Clean room with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. No clutter. Balcony has a side view of the ocean. Perfect time to go at the beginning of May. Temperate weather and less populated due to schools still being in session.

The condo is in a great area right by the beach and a beautiful pool. Checking in was easy with parking.They do need to clean the bathrooms better. The bathtub and toilets looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while.

Parking deck was small so if you have a larger vehicle then the outside spots may be better but room and view and location mid island was great. I have stayed in this resort before and it’s always great.

Great location close to the beach. The pool area is nice. The Deck restaurant had good food and drinks and is right on the property. My problem was how dirty the condo was. The vents had black cobwebs/dust all over them. The ceiling fans were black with dust. The couches were very old and uncomfortable. Furniture updates and a thorough cleaning are needed.

Only a side view of ocean but still acceptable.First bedroom lacks nightstands and lamps on each side in order to charge phones ect. Also could replace toaster oven with 4 slice toaster. But it’s a lovely clean condo overall. Loved the beach.

The location was excellent. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant a couple of nights. Being right on the beach was what we were looking for and this place delivered. We appreciated the fact that there were chairs available for us to use on the beach! The bedrooms were spacious and well-appointed.Our only negative about the unit was the condition of the fixtures/appliances. They are in need of updating. In one bathroom, you had to be sure the toilet handle was flipped back up to keep it from running. The shower handle was loose and difficult to easily adjust water temp. The dishwasher and microwave had seen better days as well. Overall, not significant issues, but issues nonetheless. Kind of takes away from the "luxury" description.

This condo was in an excellent location with the proximity to the beach, nice pool, and easy parking. The condo itself was spacious with all the supplies and amenities we needed. While the beds in the rooms were comfortable, the furniture (e.g. couch) was a bit dated and worn down. The cleaning could have been a bit better as there were dusty corners and some crumbs on the floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the garbage disposal didn't work, but honestly not a big deal. There were actually lots of extras available that I normally bring along, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper towels and laundry detergent. Definitely would stay again.

Celebrating A Birthday

Celebrated our mothers birthday and stayed for 2 days. Really enjoyed our stay using this unit as lodging. Location within a very short walking distance from beach was very nice. Unit was clean, cozy and comfortable. Having a restaurant on bottom level of condo was very convenient and pools on site made the whole experience very pleasurable. The stay greatly assisted in everyone having an memorable experience.

Location is the best

The location is what gives this condo its saving grace. The positives inside were the items provided for our stay. Laundry soap and items used for cooking! Beds were very comfy..water pressure in the shower was amazing! Beach chairs were provided in closet..yes, the tv does have streaming capabilities (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) On the other hand, the owner must not know the unit is not kept clean, or doesn’t care. It is outdated and needs some tlc, but as long as people don’t mind these things, you will enjoy the unit. You will need to provide your own toiletries..hand soap and toilet paper is provided (toilet paper is a little cheap. Parking in the garage is super challenging for larger vehicles. If possible travel in a smaller vehicle or park on the street.

It was so close to the beach and on the one day that the waves were too high, the pool was a great alternative. The restaurant on the property was probably the best food we had the whole trip!
