Beachfront Luxury 1 BR Condo - 3 Oceanfront Pools

This is a rare direct beachfront condo with fabulous views and luxury features. Experience spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy the ultimate beachfront vacation. This finely appointed unit is one of only a few luxurious one-bedroom condos directly on the beach and ocean. This unit was completely renovated in 2018 including new furniture, mattress, kitchen, bathroom and appliances. The condo entrance is less than 50 steps from three oceanfront pools – one heated year-round. Please note that the pools are being replaced and pools will not be available until May 6, 2022. The pool area connects to private beach access and The Deck Oceanside restaurant. Located in the Beachside Colony Resort complex, this condo brings guests a magnificent experience.

The large master suite has a king bed, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and closet. The family room also has a comfortable queen sleeper-sofa. The condo provides nearly 1000 square feet, more spacious than most one-bedroom units on the island.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need including upscale appliances, a breakfast counter with two chairs and quartz countertops. The kitchen is adjacent to a separate dining area with seating for four.

The family room offers a wonderful experience with 9-feet ceilings, a flat-screen TV and access to the private beachfront balcony with a table and 4 chairs for ocean dining or viewing. You will love the condo’s spacious layout. You can stay connected through high-speed cable internet, including wireless access. This second floor condo provides perfect direct beach views from the kitchen, family room and deck. The upscale features and beachfront complex provide an incredible experience.

This condo is the perfect choice for couples and small families. So come stay with us, we’d love to have you as our guests.
We remain diligent in efforts to keep the property safe. The housekeepers are using chlorine based or Lysol products to completely wipe down all surfaces that may harbor viruses. In this troubling time, we would like to put your minds at ease that we are doing everything in our power to keep the property clean and disinfected. We wish you all good health and peaceful minds.

Location, location, location!

Perfect location! The beach is gorgeous! Sunrise, container ships coming and going, birds, people walking on the beach and the soft sound of the waves! The absolute most perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and take it all in is right on the balcony. We walked to the north end for lunch and ice cream and we walked to the south end for shopping, the pier and the sunset. The only time we took the car was to rent jet skis and to see the lighthouse, the fort and enjoy lunch nearby.

Good size condo with a great view. Saw dolphins off the balcony. Very clean and great location. Washer and dryer were great. No extras in the kitchen. Would be great to have coffee filters available upon arrival. No beach or pool towels so bring your own; Were some beach chairs and boogie board.

Great location

The unit we stayed in was an excellent location and in good condition. All was excellent except two easy fixes they could make to improve it. The TV is old and just about black and white only. Also the unit faces south and has no sun blocking curtains, just sheers which don't keep the sun out. Fix those two items and it would get 5 stars from me.

Beautiful beach condo, awesome view. Just steps to beach!!

The condo had everything we needed. Just steps to the beach, with a very good restaurant/bar on property. It was obvious the condo had been recently renovated. Tybee Island is a cute beach town, with a lot of locally owned restaurants. Just a 30 minute drive to Savannah. We had a great time,

Great Location!

Great size and fantastic location!! The condo was a really nice size and had a wonderful view. Several places to eat within walking distance! The only thing that was a little different from other beachfront condos that we’ve stayed in; there was not direct beach access. For us, it was not a big deal, but it may be a little inconvenient for families with children.

This is our second time staying at this condo. It is perfect for our family with two toddlers and baby. Right on the beach and large pool within of our baby monitor. Can't recommend this place enough!!
