Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with delightful art, including original works by the owner herself, this 1300 square foot three-bedroom, two-bath home features a single floor layout with uncomplicated access. Convenient off-street parking for three standard vehicles plus a golf cart means you can leave the transportation worries behind.

The three bedrooms include one king and two queens, plus an additional sleeper sofa in the "Creator's Cubby." The master bedroom incorporates a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Or, if you are seeking a long overdue, prolonged, and relaxing soak, help yourself to the traditional tub found in the guest bath. While enjoying your time, give mother nature a chance to display some original artwork by peeking out over Horse Pen Creek through the kitchen, dining room, and sunporch windows to glimpse the changing tides and, for a lucky few, roosting herons.

Should you choose to take your sabbatical outdoors, immerse yourself in the generous helping of shade encompassing the multiple sitting areas dotted with palm trees. Revel in your private island paradise with a fenced perimeter offering a comfortable, safe space for you and your little ones, whether they be furry or not.

Spend a fun-filled day at the beach and afterward return home to rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower and then fire up the grill for some locally sourced wild-caught shrimp. All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Please pick up and properly dispose of your dog’s waste; do you, or future guests, want to smell or step in, previously deposited dog waste? We think not. Tybee does have two Dog Parks located at the intersection of Van Horne and Fort Streets between the Police Station and River's End Campground and RV Park. For practical reasons, the dog parks are only open from dawn ‘til dusk.
