2-bedroom 2 bath condos on the beach with view of Lighthouse

3rd floor unit overlooking pool. Located on Tybee Island's North End, 1C has a spectacular view of the pool, and lighthouse, access to lighted tennis courts, pool facilities, and gas grill, with picnic area. The view of the beach is amazing, from wonderful porch you can access from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room features cable TV, queen sofa sleeper, sliding glass door going out to private balcony and open dining room area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel like you are at home. Full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a queen bed with private master bath, TV and sliding glass door that leads out to your private covered 7 X 35 deck, with views of the pool. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and access to private bathroom.

Perfect Hideaway Getaway

Relaxing Get Away

Location was great, Tybee is a very calm beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. The pools were clean and it was only a short walk to the beach. The only complaint I had was it was on the third floor and the climb for my old legs was hard but that is a me problem. Thank you so much for having us and I definitely would stay again, climb or not.

Soccer tournament

We had a great time at this location. We were in Savannah for a soccer tournament and the condo we stayed at was perfect. We had a nice view of the ocean. The full kitchen was clean and we had a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it very comfortable and accommodating for everyone. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you.

Great place by the Lighthouse and uncrowded beach

Super clean condo close to an uncrowded beach and the Lighthouse. Everything you need for a peaceful break in Tybee. True what they say in the other reviews about the stairs. It’s a 3rd floor walk up so you’ll get your steps in each day! :)

Loved the location

Everything was just as it appeared online. I was very happy with the location. It's close enough to the hustle and bustle of the South Beach but nice and quiet once you return home. Everyone that I interacted with in the office was very nice and helpful. The check in and check out processes are very easy. I would recommend this to someone who is looking for a nice quiet place to stay that is also close to the "action". It's only a short drive to Savannah.

Nice location. No frills. Shower heads and ac vents could use some cleaning. No sports programming was able to be viewed as cable was basic tier. View of water was great. Deck was large. Very close to the beach. Price was fair.

Great Condo, Great Views

We were very impressed with the condition of the unit. It was clean and appeared recently refreshed. The unit was warm when we arrived, but Management had the AC fixed and the condo chilled in a matter of hours, so that was no issue. With its view of the Tybee Island Lighthouse and the ocean, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Very convenient to everything on the island. Pools and grounds were spotless. Management office was very helpful and courteous. We'll stay here again for sure.

Great communication

While we were not able to stay at the property due to Hurricane Ian, the communication with the property manager was amazing. She was very understanding and honest with us. The ladies were very accommodating and helped us change our reservation multiple times before finally canceling due to the storm. We will definitely try it again...without a hurricane.

Great place for families.

Stayed with my spouse and two boys (ages 10 and almost 4). It's in the third story with no elevator, so it might be more difficult with smaller children. The condo unit had a separate door for the hallway to the second bedroom so we could keep that area a little quieter while we stayed up a little later. We all enjoyed the well-maintained swimming pools on the property and the views. Property is a reasonable walk from the lighthouse and Marine Science center (a little long for the three year old, but he made it), and a quick drive to the rest of the island attractions. If we return to Tybee Island for another visit, we will be sure to look for this place.
