"Amanda went beyond for me and my son l forgot to tell you that l needed the sofa bed made up so Amanda came to the room and made it for us also l wanted some ice to have a drink after we came back from tea and she went and got me some. Was very happy with her service at the hotel."

There is mould and mildew in shower that should have been wiped off. Cleaners need to be replaced. Floors were unvaccummed and tiles stained and not cleaned."
