"Love the convenience of walking to O'Connell St for dining, groceries, and transport to the city. Our 2brd suite was very comfortable for 4 people. Secure under-cover parking, for an extra cost. My only gripe is, personally, I would like larger coffee cups haha"

"Easy check in and comfortable. Hot water and cold water were not marked and the hot water was very slow to come out so it was inconvenient to wait for five minutes wasting water until the hot water came out. To make matters worse I was informed at check-in in rather officious manner to keep the door closed and the vent switched on or the fire alarm will be set off. As if I was all ready culpable. There was a sign on the bathroom door reinforcing this and a possible fine of $800. Waiting in the cold bathroom in the early morning for ten minutes to step into the shower was uncomfortable. The problem should be fixed by the hotel management and the paying guests should not have to worry about this problem. Other than this rather large annoyance I had no complaints."

"The place was great but I forgot to order parking on my booking so we worried if the car was ok out on the street. We had to walk a fair way to find a park. Also maybe have a list of eating places in the room. Thanks."

"We were extremely happy with the excellent customer service and the spacious hotel room. We stayed 3 nights at this motel and had a wonderful time. Location is very convenient. An added bonus is the Ruga's Cafe within walking distance. "
