Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. Info pack to include things like wifi details explanation of TV. Only one toilet roll for 2 wc's. Only 1 loo brush for 2 wc's. Just minor details which if attended to would make it perfect."
