"Don't let the exterior fool you, this motel has very modern renovated units with very comfortable beds, large bathroom and well equipped rooms. Owners were very helpful with late check in and we really rated our stay."

Shopping mall had most things you would need. Lots of food options for a small town.

I imagine it's a good base in winter but during spring I'd recommend Lake Tekapo or even Mt Cook.
