The PINTO Béla holiday home is located in the middle of a charming peat and moor landscape, directly on the Neuringer Moorsee. A perfect starting point for a wonderful holiday or a quiet weekend.
In the blue wooden house (68 square metres) with wood-burning stove and terrace, you can enjoy the view of water and nature and have direct access to the Neuringer Moorsee from the property - perhaps to start the morning with a refreshing swim.
Since spring 2019, you can also enjoy the newly created lakeside terrace, either for your first morning coffee or tea or to jump straight into the cool water.
The fully equipped fitted kitchen is at your service and, of course, the beds are made for you so that you can enjoy your holiday right from the start. There is no fencing around the terrace and grounds: dog owners should therefore bring a lead with them!
On the same grounds as your holiday home there is a huge pony and riding stable with around 70 horses, a petting zoo and an adjoining farm café. You can learn to ride, go for a ride, organise a carriage ride and possibly take part in events in the riding hall. On the doorstep (200m) there is also a covered play paradise for smaller children (Zappel-Arena) and an indoor football hall for all football enthusiasts.
Around you there are the most beautiful cycle paths. There is also a service provided by the park operators. You can hire e-bikes for longer tours for a fee. If you are interested, please contact the Niers family.
The Meyer shipyard in Papenburg (where the ocean liners are built) is about 40 minutes away by car. In the neighbouring Netherlands you will find nice shopping and excursion possibilities.
NEURINGER MOORSEE Bathing/swimming: Swimming in the Neuringer Moorsee is not only safe, it is even said to be healthy. The water is checked regularly. However, you will need to take a shower when you get out of the water as there will be a reddish film on your skin. That's just the way it is with natural swamp water. Attention non-swimmers, the lake quickly becomes deeper. However, there are no creepers, as is often the case in moorland lakes. You can fish in the lake, the number of fish varies throughout the year and new fish are regularly introduced. In summer there are lots of frogs, which organise fun concerts. Many native, sometimes rare, water birds can be found here. In general, there is a rich fauna and the typical shore flora of moorland lakes.
Since 2021 we have our own small rowing boat with which you can conquer the Neuringer Moorsee. There are also 2 adult bicycles with air pumps at your disposal - which you can use at your own risk.

FURNISHINGS:
Large eat-in kitchen, fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, fully equipped for 4 people with coffee machine and Bodum coffee brewer, toaster, kettle etc., sauna, whirlpool, TV and DVD Blu-Ray player and music system available - which you can also use via bluetooth!
An electric barbecue is available for your use. It is easy to clean. We ask you to clean the barbecue after use and leave it in such a way that other guests also have a nice barbecue experience.
From the eat-in kitchen you have direct access to the terrace with lake view, garden furniture is available. There is 1 car parking space directly in front of the house. The house is also equipped against flying troublemakers: we have installed high-quality insect screens in front of all windows and doors.

WLan is also available, and with the local provider EmsTel.Net you can get online quickly. A landline is also available.

If you value energy efficiency and energy information:
The timber house is a low-energy house, optimally insulated. You heat with electricity or a wood-burning stove. The Danish wood-burning stove heats the entire house quickly. The heat is pleasant, the fire cosy and the consumption low. You can find wood for the stove in the shed.
Since 2025 we have introduced flat rates for consumption costs (water & electricity), including final cleaning. We always inform you in advance so that you can transfer the flat rate before the start of your holiday.

You can go shopping in the neighbouring Twist-Bült. (Combi, Lidl, Getränke-Hoffmann, Raiffeisen, Sparkasse, pharmacy, etc.) In Twist-Mitte you will find Aldi, Postenbörse, etc. You can order bread rolls for the next day from the kiosk at Reiterhof Niers. You can pick them up freshly baked in the morning with a 3-minute walk. You can always have a beer or a coffee, ice cream or a light meal in the farm café at the riding centre (summer season).
