"Customer service was fantastic. Laurie was awesome helping us out. The beds were rough, hard to sleep on and woke up sore. The tv could use a channel guide as it was not easy to navigate. The floor had not been mopped as there was dirt and debris on it. They did supply us with extra toiletries which was nice, and the parking was good and close to our rooms."

"Overall, we were very comfortable in our unit which was like an apartment and we had 2 bathrooms- which we loved. King bed was very comfortable. Kitchen equipped. 2 beautiful stone fireplaces. The jaccuzi was nice - clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was small- not a lap pool, but nice for kids. The only not so comfortable issue was the walk up 2 flights of stairs if your room is on the 3rd floor (no elevator)."
