Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. "A beautiful hotel and spa, spottlessly clean and well maintained. Plenty of choice of food. The hotel is in the pretty village of Bad Hofgastein with plenty of amenities and lovely views. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. "

"Don’t think twice and just book this hotel. The location is wonderful, views beautiful, staff are lovely, food is incredible. One of the best breakfast buffets we have had. We booked half board and the dinner each night was over the top delicious. Kids loved the pools and enjoyed the kids club. Will return!"
