"This spot was perfect for our group of friends with young children! The kids had a blast with the playset, hot tub, and games at the house. The adults appreciated how spacious the home was. The bedrooms were all spacious and we had plenty of hang out spots. We’re already planning another trip when the weather is warmer so we can take advantage of all of the outdoor amenities!"

"My family visited primarily to ride the trails on our ATVs/ORVs. This house is super close to the trails and the kids enjoyed fishing off the peer each evening. The house was clean and the host made our check-in and check out really easy. Will most definitely book this house again!"

"Well stocked and cozy/rustic home. Master affords view of lake to enjoy beautiful sunrises as does the living room. Multi-tiered deck and a private beach for all to enjoy. Close to Traverse City, Petosky, Charlevoix, Grand Rapids, etc. We had a wonderful time enjoying nature and the changing leaves."

"We had a nice stay. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time at the house during the day and it was kinda rainy when we were there so we did not get to enjoy the large deck and river location but it lots of comfortable outdoor chairs and dining table."

"Loved our stay in this beautiful home. Our favorite part was the hot tub 😁. Very quiet neighborhood and relaxing. The house was very clean just needed to be dusted though. Could use some curtains or blinds though for a little privacy. But all in all it was wonderful. Would book it again for sure 😁. John is a very nice guy and fast to respond. The batteries were dead in the lock to get in the house when we arrived and we contacted john and he was to the house in 6min to let us in."

"We truly enjoy staying here. It’s beautiful and out of the way and you won’t be bothered. It’s a working farm/log cabin builder so you get to see some real neat sites and if you love animals you won’t be disappointed. I’d give them 6 stars if possible and recommend anyone give it a try."
