"The front desk staff and valets were top notch, professional and friendly. Rooms were somewhat dated, but clean overall, except for the lower shelves of the bathroom vanity which was dirty and dusty, including the hairdryer. The pool area was very nice and clean, and our little ones had a good time there. The huge seling point for this hotel is it's being connected to the Rupp Center. I would definitely stay here for any event I was attending at the Rupp Center. The breakfast bar had a good selection, but ridiculous price. We have received breakfast bars that were just as good and with just as much variety for free at cheaper hotels in large cities. $26.00 per person is way too much. As well, when I tipped my waitress, she did not bring my change back and I had given a 20% tip."

"The property was centrally located and walking around was easy. Close to stores, food, restaurants. The dogs loved the fence yard as they run and run their little tails off. The gift basket left was so kind and generous. The candy in the basket was so good and the store was in walking distance from the house. It was my first vacation in a long time and I would go back again. Had the time of my life."
