"Being down on the first floor and didn’t have to wait on the elevators"

"Everyone was extr kind helpful and very friendly the staff helped me being partly disabled out and made me feel like I was in a whole different town from the one I live in ev if just on the other side of town it felt like home and very welcoming. I definitely recommend if your looking for a place that feels like home away from home. I was not ready to leave when I had to come back across town. And the prices for the rooms are a great deal also."

"My parents and I needed a place to stay during some flooding in our area. Everyone at the hotel were helpful and concerned. Will recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We loved our stay at the General Morgan Inn. We came in on a Sunday and we were one of a few guests in the hotel that evening, which was kind of nice. I will say, nothing was open in the hotel that night, so we didn't get to enjoy anything besides our room and breakfast the next morning. We did enjoy walking up to the outdoor patio in the evening and just standing around looking at the view of the city. Would 100% recommend this place! "

"Only complaint- needed more towels. Requested some but didn’t receive. I was staying there with my grandson for a college function and took several additional towels."

"First at check in You have to use telephone to even check in, the lady was rude. Guess what, no ice or washing facilities. The room was really thread bare, and just rough. I booked for 2 days, however decided to leave in the afternoon before the second night. I saw a roach, I was done. locked lobby, no way in. So I left, couldn't properly check out. This place is a dump. Pay $40 more, stay at the quality inn."
