"We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. The owner is really helpful and welcoming."

"Unsere kleine Wohnung im ersten Stock war liebevoll eingerichtet, die Wohnküche so geräumig, dass unsere zwei Kinder (1 und 3) toll spielen konnten. Der Strand ist idyllisch, auf dem kurzen und steilen Weg dahin wachsen Brombeeren. Auch im Garten haben unsere Kinder gerne gespielt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entspannt, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziges kleines Manko der Wohnung: kein Seeblick. Aber da ist man ja tagsüber und man kann sie vom Garten aus sehen. Und hinten raus...

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. Perfect location near the train line to Rome and plenty of shops and restaurants is the neighbouring towns. Plenty to do at the house though, the pool was amazing and also the table tennis...

"Gleich bei der Anreise haben wir uns in dieses wundervolle und traumhafte Plätzchen in landschaftlich reizvoller Lage verliebt. (...eigentlich schon nach der Annonce) Der Pool gab uns die nötige Abkühlung bei 39°C. Das Haus hatte uns mit seinem Charm und der Einzigartigkeit sofort im Bann!! Es gab keine lästigen Mücken und der abendliche warme Wind lud ein bis tief in die Nacht auf verschiedenen Terrassen zu verweilen. Die ganze Familie konnte sich wunderbar erholen. Wer es ruhig und abseits...

"Great location in the centre of a hilltop Lazio town, the apartment is traditional and authentic and comfortable"

"The address of the hotel was wrong on the Hotels.com web site. After an anxious hour or so our host was kind enough to come and get us, we were on foot walking the Via Francigena and the additional 4 miles back would have been a killer. Our host arranged for a cab the next morning so we were back on schedule. Worth the cab expense to keep on schedule. Wonderful evening meal and a great hotel. I would visit it again."

"nel periodo che lo abbiamo utilizzato e per le condizioni climatiche (purtroppo non delle migliori)locale piacevole ,pratico per 2 persone e il nostro cane, silenzioso e zona piacevolmente tranquilla. Consigliato a chi cerca pace e relax, pratico per spostamenti nei dintorni del lago di bolsena."

"Sehr angenehm. Das Haus ist wintertauglich und sehr gut ausgerüstet. Unterschiedliche Zimmer von sehr gross und schön bis zweckmässig. Grosse Badzimmer. Viel Platz, sehr schöner Garten. Die Betreuung durch Roberto war hervorragend. Die Zufahrtsstrasse (nur ab der SS 2 möglich!) ist etwas ruppig. Alles ist gut organisiert."

"Beautiful place and confortable. The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were charging me 1 night like I had no booking! I got a message from Luigi more than 24hrs after one of my messages saying they waited for me til midnight! But then they were charging me like a walk in guest. Anyway… not what I was expecting. Try their wines! Il marrugio rocks in that."

"Laura was the perfect host. The rooms are enormous and the house is a true mansion. We couldn't believe how spacious it was, with so many little details that made gave us a sense of wonder. They also have a lovely wine store inside with quite a few excellent selections that we as wine lovers were previously unaware. We are already planning to return. "
