"The property was very clean and all amenities were as expected. Unfortunately, we didn't get our check in instructions until almost an hour after the designated check in time and having to call Vrbo support for help. When we finally did get instructions, I messaged a couple times throughout our stay with basic questions and responses took several hours each. This would be an easy 5 star property if communication was improved."

"Where to start. Trying to get out to the site alone was a struggle. Thankfully there wasn’t an emergency where we needed to get to the main road quickly. The property had leaks all over. We even had water leaks on the mattresses we were supposed to sleep on. The propane heater didn’t work and the wood burning furnace was not nearly big enough to heat anything beyond sitting right in front of it. All of the heated blankets didn’t work. "We didnt even stay we walked in to a tiny little room no kitchen to cook even though the pics showed a kitchen and living room we walked in and saw it and immediatelt got on expedia and found something different. Totally not what was pictured picsshowed a kitchen it was totally not "

"The location was perfect. Close the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. If going to Flagstaff take 64 to 180, beautiful drive. We loved having the kitchen, and two bathrooms. It was certainly comfortable and convenient."

Made getting into the place easy, and they provided lots of bonus stuff - discounts on Grand Canyon ATVs and other stuff. The not so good stuff: The road into the property is dirt, and had rivulets running across it, making for a washboard effect. It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space.
