"Cabin was clean and looks like it was recently updated inside. Kitchen and bath were small but functional and nice finishes in both. Was a great space for my family of 5. Neighbors are very close, but were really nice so that was awesome. It was our first time on Green Lake and it was great. Clear water, bigger than I expected, and very little boat traffic (mid-week)."

"The property worked well for a small family gathering. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor table for meals and having laundry access. The house isn’t perfectly polished (some stained cushions on seating benches for example) but its location was great for exploring northern Michigan and getting to both Traverse City and sleeping bear dunes within 30 minutes. We also enjoyed the lake down the road and walking out on the dock. The neighborhood was quiet during our visit. AC couldn’t quite keep up with the heat and wasn’t an issue for our group but maybe be aware if you’re sensitive to this."

"Loved the extra space and the seclusion. I thought we would be closer to the lake. Couldn’t see it from the house. WiFi is plugged into a wall switch that was turned off when we arrived and not explained. Upstairs bathroom exhaust fan and window blinds were not functional. Once we figured out the WiFi, we were fine and enjoyed our stay. Lovely setting and a charming log cabin house."

"Beautiful area with lots to explore. Friendly neighbors. The walk to the river and the deck out back is so peaceful. We seen and heard so many cool birds, small trout in the river, lots of butterflies (July).The kids really enjoyed the outdoors. We kayaked the platte river out to Lake Michigan from Riverside Rentals, it was absolutely gorgeous. Definitely plan on returning again! House was clean and had everything we expected, thank you for such a wonderful stay!"

"This was a really cool, quiet place to stay with a larger group that had a little bit for everyone- hot tub, games, big backyard, easy access to local towns for groceries and good restaurants! Everything was in working order when we arrived and the accommodations were top notch. The only slight downside is the main house didn’t have central air so it was a bit warmer at night (in the summer it might be too hot for some people). Overall, aside from that, no complaints at all about the property! Would definitely recommend"
