Casa Alegre is a beautiful 3-bedroom property nestled into the hillside above the rest of the development, ensuring seclusion and privacy and above all spectacular 360º views ideal to enjoy the majestic sunsets that Sierra Cabrera has to offer. It is located just 15 minutes' drive from the blue seas of Mojacar beach, where there are a wide variety of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The villa consists of a main house, internal courtyard, spacious front yard patio and very generous guest annex, all decorated in Moorish style. The courtyard is completely enclosed ensuring security and privacy and features a Moroccan style fountain and private waist deep swimming pool ideal for cooling off on the hot summer days.

The main house features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plenty of fitted wardrobes and a private balcony, surrounded by lush vegetation. The large lounge and dining room both have sliding doors on all sides ensuring that light, views and airflow are always available. The kitchen is decorated with traditional Andalusian tiles and is well fitted and fully equipped. Also in the main house is a delightful snug off the lounge that is ideal in the cooler winter months with large windows to let in the warm winter sunlight and a new log fire chimney to curl up beside. The lounge has a new pellet burner fitted and all bedrooms and kitchen have heating/aircon to keep one warm/cool depending on the season.

The annex features two further spacious bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two single beds, both with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and large windows with views onto the private central courtyard. There is a family bathroom including a bath and shower.

All three bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and heated, although the large windows in all rooms allow the mountain breeze to cool the house and rooms naturally as well. The house includes a driveway with space for 3+ vehicles, a weekly garden service and pool service in summer. It has high-speed WIFI connections in both the main house and annex. This is an ideal home for those who seek tranquillity and connection to nature.

A special treat to lovers of nature are the local visitors to the “backyard” mountains - the rare, endangered Ibex mountain goats make their appearance most mornings and evenings.

Guests have access to the entire house and all outdoor areas with the exception of a small locked private storage room.

Des vacances de rêve dans un cadre idyllique
La maison est très spacieuse et agréablement décorée. Le patio intérieur avec la piscine (pas pour nager mais idéale pour les enfants ou se rafraîchir) est très calme et intégré à la nature. Les seuls voisins sont des bouquetins. La terrasse face à la vallée offre une vue merveilleuse dont on peut même profiter du fond du lit. Merci à Lisa pour son accueil et ses conseils.
