She also helped arrange a boat tour that ended up being a real highlight of the trip—super enjoyable and very affordable. I also enjoyed a few cocktails during my stay—they were well made and added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Costa Maya!"

"From check in to check out everything was smooth, personally i would say it is a luxury five star resort however it was a pleasant stay for us and we will be back. We booked an extra day with city view and they allowed us to stay in our sea view room. Mini bar only has water, maybe they can consider adding soft drinks but not an issue as soft drinks are available in the bar downstairs. Staff helpful and overall a very nice holiday"
