Non definisco questa esperienza positiva perché l'assistenza è disponibile solo fino alle ore 21. Dopo le 24, al nostro rientro in struttura c'è stato un black out in tutto il quartiere e, avendo solo una chiave elettronica non riuscivamo ad accedere nell'appartamento. Abbiamo provato a chiamare il servizio clienti più volte ma la chiamata prima ci è stata rifiutata e...

"very nice apartment, clean and spacious. The manager of the establishment was very welcoming, friendly and very precise in his instructions. Our stay was spent in the best possible conditions. I recommend it for people who want to take a trip with friends/family."

"No locks on any doors, as far as I could tell. When I booked, the listing said that I would not have to share with travellers outside my own party and yet I ended up having to share with an absolute stranger. Additionally, the listing said that WiFi would be provided, but after checking in the person renting the apartment told me I would have to use the public city WiFi. "

"Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"

"The property was as pictured, including toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials. This is a perfect place for a big group, with 15 bed rooms and 14 beds (4 doubles). The was plenty of seating/table space in the kitchen. 3 bathrooms/ showers all together apart from the bedrooms. It's a short walk to bus stations and there is a shop across the street. Maria was very responsive and accommodating. We reported 2 broken shower heads which I've been told are now new."

"We visited Turin during the month of September. The temperatures were high during the day and minimal cooling late at night. The listing had air conditioning but in fact meant two portable air conditioners. Unfortunately one unit was broken. I contacted Maria and she promised to come the next day to work on it. She came the next day and replaced the unit, unfortunately it did not work either. I contacted her but received no response. All of us moved to the upstairs to sleep with the one unit....

"Het is een geweldig appartement in een historisch pand. - gelegen op een levendige locatie - ruime kamers - sfeervol en stijlvol ingericht - schoon en netjes Restaurants en koffiebar om de hoek en op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. Het is een top appartement en komen hier zeker terug bij een volgend bezoek aan Turijn."
