"Ideal location, very close to public transport links and the main train station. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was great! Our only problem being British is there wasn’t a kettle in the room but understand this isn’t commonplace in Europe :)"

"Lovely hotel right in the center of Torino, very convenient for shopping and dining. Room was comfortable and quiet though shower room could use a refresh. Hotel was happy to store our bicycles on site which was great. Only quibble, and it ’s a small detail, but of all the hotels we have stayed at in Italy (at every level), this was the ONLY one that did not provide bottled water for its guests beyond the first day of their stay. For a five star hotel, in the middle of a very hot summer, this seemed a very petty decision."

"Very helpful and friendly staff, fantastic room and the breakfast was of a very high standard with plenty of variety. We had our evening meal at the restaurant on the roof, the food was excellent and views and atmosphere amazing as the sun was setting!"

"We were upgraded to a junior suite: a really well decorated room in 1930s style! The only weak point was the door between the room and the bathroom which had glass panels that made it difficult to turn on the light in the bathroom without waking your partner. Complimentary access to the spa was definitely a huge plus for us, The spa had everything we like except a clock...we ended staying longer that we had planned! We will come back for sure."

"It is an excellent hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet (eggs, meats, cheeses, cereals, pastries, etc.). It is conveniently located near the train station (3 mins. walking distance) and within walking distance of local sights (the Royal Palace, the Egyptian Museum), and plentiful restaurants. Immediately to the left of the hotel is the Q Sushi Bar Noodle Poke (on Via Cernaia 40L) , a remarkably inexpensive and air-conditioned venue (it was incredibly hot in the city when I visited [in late June]) that served superb poke meals. The hotel could not be better. If I return to Turin, I will stay there again and make the Q Sushi Bar Noodle Pole my favorite restaurant."
