Crocetta Family Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Spacious apartment a few steps away from the Giardini del Fante, in the prestigious district of Crocetta.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator and is furnished in a classic style, where marble and wooden floors are predominant.
The entrance opens onto a wide hallway from where you will access the other rooms. The living room comes with a leather sofa and armchairs, a TV and an antique dining table.
The independent kitchen is provided with an additional dining table and is fitted with all amenities, including a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other one with two single beds.
Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, complete the layout.
Free wifi, washing machine and central heating will be available in the apartment.

In the old town stands the Mole Antonelliana, one of the symbols of Italy, with the Royal Palace of Turin and Madama Palace. Turin offers attractions for every taste, from outdoor activities to gastronomy. For a walk in the greenery breathing the scent of flowers, guests can enjoy the Turin Botanical Garden located on the left side of the Po river, and the famous Valentino Park near the old town. Today the province is considered the best Italian center as regards chocolate processing, and every year the “Cioccolatò” event is inaugurated with parties, events and tastings. For a tasting of typical Piemontese dishes, do not miss Solferino and Consorzio restaurants.

Expérience décevante / Wonderful Italy, intermédiaire sans valeur ajoutée qui ns relance inutilement

Déçus par les difficultés de communication, ne connaissent que l'anglais ou l'italien, et surtout 2 canaux en parallèle entre le central de Wonderful Italy et la personne chargée de nous accueillir, sans communication entre eux : des couacs en conséquence. La porte du frigo ne fermait pas correctement, glace à l'intérieur. Après signalement, aucune nouvelle. De plus, ménage non terminé, il reste de vieilles chaussettes sales dans le salon, le lave-vaisselle n'est pas vidé. La personne qui nous accueille ne connait pas l'appartement. Les couvertures sont en vrac, les oreillers de mauvais qualité. Dommage car l'appartement est très bien situé et il est grand. Les matelas sont de qualité, on aurait aimé avoir un peu plus chaud (chauffage coupé). Bref, on a connu mieux. Et pour clore le tout, une interface Wonderful Italy qui nous demande de tout décrire de notre identité, nom de jeune fille, lieux de naissance de tous les clients, questionnaire détaillé qui ne nous a pas été demandé ailleurs (les cartes d'identité suffisaient). Nous tirons un trait sur tout hébergement géré par Wonderful Italy.
