She also helped us with directions when it came to transportation as well. We appreciated this a lot. The room was clean and the area was quiet. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tivoli!!"

"This was a very unique stay … in an authentic palace! Staff treat you like royalty. Superior room was a large living room suite with additional bedroom! Excellent and plentiful breakfast every morning. Easy to walk to cafes, restaurants and shops and Villa de Este and Villa Gregoriane. City bus to Villa Ariana. Hotel also arranged my transfer back to airport in Rome with Marco a professional driver. Perfect! "
