Room was not clean. There was spider web in room. And the service was really bad

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We got a smelly room later the manager changed the room for additional price, food was terrible, swimming pool was dirty, electricity and water was being disrupted and disconnected timely. no proper indoor activities. Not recommended for family stays.
