"Nice and clean and a very comfortable bed. We arrived very late past midnight after missing a flight in São Paulo. We used the WhatsApp message service and the staff got back to us instantly to say someone would be there to let us in. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Location is great, right in the centre of the city with plenty of shops and places to eat. Not far from the mall either. We will definitely stay again."

"Não reservei quarto PCD mas o hotel me alocou em quarto PCD sem possibilidade de troca resultando em desconforto no Box de banho( água por todo banheiro).

"Uma estadia confortavel para uma hospedagem de urgência em viagem a trabalho. Todo o staff me atendeu com cordialidade apesar de a atendente do check-in ter me passado uma informação incorreta. Café da manhã às 8h já estava meio que acabando, não me apeteceu e por isso não senti vontade de comer. Dormi bem. Cama confortavel. Ruidos de motores e rodovia podem incomodar os sensiveis."
