"This is a beautiful new property—spotlessly clean, with an incredible jungle and Mayan atmosphere. The food was amazing, and the location is perfect—very close to Chichén Itzá and nearby cenotes. The staff were polite and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful hotel experience!"

"The hotel is in a quiet area close to the ruins. There are beautiful gardens around the hotel and surrounding the pool. It is nice for the kids as there is a pool, a movie watching room with a pool table and foosball. Also the area around the hotel is nice for walking and exploring. The hotel itself is designed nicely and the whole place really has a lot of character. The only downfall really is that there is nothing else around as far as stores or restaurants, so you have to eat at the hotel restaurant and it does have limited hours. "
