I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sonia, Ichrak, Aya, and Ryad at the reception, as well as Diaa Eddine in the lounge for their outstanding service and unwavering support throughout my stay. In the lounge, Diaa Eddine's attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. However, I must express my disappointment with the breakfast staff. Despite the excellent variety offered at the buffet, the staff seemed inactive and inattentive. I consistently had to ask them to replenish items on the buffet, and tables were not cleared and reprepared unless prompted. Overall, a fantastic experience!"
