This lovely 2 storey villa unit is tucked away in a unit complex, in a central cbd location, only 5 minutes walk to shops and coffee. Super quiet location, no traffic noise. A well appointed modern unit, reverse cycle air conditioning, lock-up single garage. Everything you could want for a home away from home. Ideal for a weekend getaway, family holiday or business trip.

The unit features cosy open plan lounge/dining/fully appointed kitchen, large refridgerator, walk through to laundry and a handy downstairs toilet, through to lock-up garage and step outdoors to a paved courtyard.

Wooden staircase takes you upstairs to bedroom one with a lovely wrought iron style bed and pillow top mattress and heaps and heaps of cupboard space. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and the well appointed bathroom is located right next door with toilet, shower/bath and vanity.

The unit is fully carpeted, has a dishwasher, reverse cycle air conditioning, washing machine and dryer and handy lockup garage.

Beds consist of queen size wrought iron style, pillowtop bed in bedroom 1, whilst 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with loads of cupboard space. Bathroom upstairs with a convenient 2nd toilet downstairs.

It was as if it was my own home

Very clean and comfortable townhouse.

We only stayed 2 nights and didn’t spend much time in the townhouse but it was perfect for our needs, especially location. The Two Tarts cafe was a short stroll away. The kitchen seemed to have everything you would expect and more.

The property is extremely clean and is well laid out. The quality of appliances is high and there are cooking utensils galore. The host is super friendly and very personable. Located within a few hundred metres of supermarkets and shops. Fantastic stay.

Terrific Tumut

Our first visit to Tumut and it wasn’t disappointing. Our accomodation was perfect. Location was great, house was very, very comfortable. The block of units was quiet and full of magnificent bottlebrush trees. The only downside was the birds love them too!! Robyn’s place had everything you would need for an extended stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. Do not miss the lookout at the top of Wynyard for a breathtaking view.

I could live here

What a lovely townhouse! It was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen, which included pantry items, made meal preparation very easy. The bed and linens were perfectly clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend to family and friends visiting this part of the world.
