Gabriel Motor Inn

"Our room at the Gabriel Motor Inn was just what was needed after our journey from over the mountains. It was a reasonable size room with everything in working order with a nice shower. The bed was comfortable and the parking is at your door. The motel is perfectly situated 100 metres from the RSL and 300 metres in the other direction to the Niagara Cafe for breakfast. (you gotta go there) When next in Gundagai we will stay at the Gabriel Motor Inn again. Recommended."

"Very easy check in, Shelly at reception made me feel so welcome, the room was spacious, very comfortable bed, easy to use Smart TV, WiFi worked very well, kitchen bench top with sink & mini stove top, lots of cupboard & storage space, shower very good and quiet spot yet very close walk to town. There’s also a laundry for a small fee. I recommend this place when visiting Tumut and excellent value."

"Beautiful river nothing amazing about the caravan is park unless you get a cabin near the river the park has nothing to offer you The cabins were clean but the first night we didn’t have enough sheets to make the beds no pillowcases at all to cover the pillows The park needs a huge update it is quite run down I wouldn’t go in a hurry but only if I can get the cabins near the river"

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Monarch in Tumut! Wendy and Peter are wonderful hosts and always manage to add those extra special touches that make staying here feel so much more personal and welcoming.The new personalised items were such a cool addition and really added to the charm of the house. You can tell how much thought and care they put into making their guests feel special.The Monarch is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could want for a relaxing stay. We’ve stayed several times before and somehow Wendy and Peter continue to make each visit even better!We absolutely can’t wait to return to The Monarch again! Highly recommend staying here - you won’t be disappointed!"
